We will build a custom menu with you that will take full advantage of our all wood-fired oven. We can cater events for up to 200 people and can offer appetizers, wood-fired pizza, salads, housemade gelato, espresso based drinks, homemade italian sodas, other beverages, and bartending services.We offer our pizzas buffet-style with as many as 10 pizzas on a table being replenished as they are eaten. You can choose from our existing menu or we would be happy to create a custom menu for your event.

 

Our catering pricing is as follows:

• Appetizers - starting at $7 per person

• Wood-fired pizza - starting at $13 per person

• Housemade Artisanal Gelato - starting at $4 a person

• Desserts - starting at $5 per person

• Drinks - starting at $2.50 per person

 

We provide everything you would need for the event including all plates, silverware and glassware, buffet tables, linens, trash receptacles and staff. Our truck can either run completely off the grid on our quiet generator or using a simple household outlet within 150 feet of the truck.
